Major Classical Label Chooses VTS for Digitisation Project

Virtual Track Software (VTS) has been selected to assist a major classical label with implementing its global strategy for managing and exploiting its rights and repertoire in the digital age.   The project will consolidate multiple databases and create the meta-data for on-line activities in support of the companies on-going digitisation process.

VTS provides application development and consultancy for intellectual property rights management to the world’s major music labels and rights owners and was recently formed by leading record company executives.

Founded by Nick Pattison, (previously VP Business Technology, Universal Music International) VTS recently appointed Stephen Daglish, one of the industries leading rights management and royalties experts, as director. VTS boasts Dej Mahoney (previously VP Business Affairs, Sony Music) as a non-executive director. The company is partnered with leading application developers Arc Software and supported by the world-class networking and application service provider CentreCore.
